• Payment of the referral bonus is subject to the candidate remaining in the placement for over 13 weeks.
• Über People must not have prior knowledge of the candidate.
• Where a candidate is referred by more than one person, the first referral only will qualify.
• Referral payments will be made on the first placement only, any subsequent job placements will not qualify for a bonus.
• In the event of any dispute the decision of Über People will be final.
