Candidate Interview

Telephone Interview

As a first step we discuss with all our candidates over the telephone their current situation and what they would like their next move to be.  We use this time to build up a good rapport with individuals and fully understand their needs.  We make no assumptions – sales to one person can mean something totally different to another!!


Face to Face Interview

This is an opportunity for us to confirm the telephone discussion and reiterate the candidates needs to confirm we have a full and clear understanding.  In addition to this we will use competency based questioning to conduct an interview which will confirm the validity and level of expertise claimed by the candidate.

Testing

We can offer a wide range of testing and again will agree this with you before proceeding.


This can include:

Numeracy and literacy tests

Recruitment knowledge testing

Personality Profiling


Introduction & Placement with a client

No candidates will be introduced to a client prior to Über People receiving signed terms of business from the client.


We will agree upfront with each client the format for meeting and speaking to a candidate.  However we would ask for prompt and honest feedback at each stage to allow us to keep our candidates informed.


Über People must receive a copy of any offer of employment given to a candidate by the client.

Aftercare

Once a candidate has started working for a client, Über People offer a ‘check – up’ after 1 week, 3 months and 6 months.  This is to ascertain that the placement is working well for both parties.
